We are one of the few companies in the UK who can swage hoses up to 203mm (8") diameter on-site at Integraflex. Our 20m test rig enables us to test hoses up to 305mm (12") in diameter up to pressures of 250bar.
We can also offer live-steam testing for bitumen/steam hose assemblies

When a hose fails and holds up a job then the fastest possible response is the only acceptable solution - there is simply nothing more frustrating than having to contantly chase a response from a `supplier` when the heat is on. Integraflex promise that we will try and solve your problem there and then, failing that we will guarantee a response within the hour for all telephone, fax and e-mail enquiries if, for whatever reason, we can't meet this dealine we will contact you with an accurate response timescale. Site visits are free of charge and delivery to local customers (within a 20 mile radius) is free of charge and if you need goods the same day we havge arrangements with national carriers and couriers to implement this.
